Privacy policy
How we process personal data when you visit imones.linden.lt or send us a question.
1. Who processes your data
The controller is the law firm APB „Jurkonis ir partneriai LINDEN“ (Linden, we): company code 304034743, Pylimo g. 19-16, LT-01141 Vilnius, Lithuania, info@linden.lt, +370 5 212 1506. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
2. Visitors
This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no social media plug-ins. Fonts, images and code are loaded from our own server.
Our server logs requests: IP address, time, page and browser type. We need these logs to run and secure the site and keep them for 14 days. If you came by clicking a Google ad, the link carries ad tags (for example the search term), which appear in the same logs. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
3. Questions sent through the form
We receive your name, e-mail address, company name (if you give it), your question, the page you sent it from, the time, and the ad tags if you came from an ad. We use the ad tags only to know which ad brings questions. We do not send them to Google.
We use the data to answer your question and, if you ask, to prepare an offer. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering questions we receive (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). You do not have to give the data, but without a name and e-mail address we cannot answer.
The question is recorded in Twenty, Linden's client management system, installed by Linden on its own equipment in Lithuania. We are notified at info@linden.lt through an e-mail service with servers in the EU. A copy is kept on our server in Lithuania for up to 30 days, so it is not lost if a system is briefly down.
We use your IP address only to limit repeated submissions and do not store it with the question. Please do not send special category data, such as health data.
4. How long we keep data
- A question that does not lead to a contract: 1 year from the last correspondence.
- Backup copy on our server: up to 30 days.
- Server logs: 14 days.
- If we sign a contract, the data becomes part of the legal service file: 10 years after the service.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access your data and get a copy, to have it corrected, erased or restricted, to object to processing based on our legitimate interest, and to data portability. You may also complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija). Send requests to info@linden.lt. We answer within one month.
6. Changes
We may update this policy when the service or the law changes. The current version is always on this page.
